Al comes to Delaware from Langhorne, Bucks County in Pennsylvania and the Northern New Jersey/metro NYC area, where he and his wife Rose Marie, lived for twelve years. A graduate of Penn State, Al has been a practicing Landscape Architect for almost 30 years.
Licensed as a Landscape Architect in 5 states including Delaware, his design projects encompassed Commercial, Corporate, and Residential Developments in addition to his work for individual homes and estates. The design process includes the evaluation of physical characteristics of property which gives him an insight into properties value and attributes. With this background, it was a natural progression that Real Estate would follow in his career path. The interior design courses he took at Berkeley College in New Jersey, also allows him the ability to give his clients a discernible “eye” for good design and value. A practicing Sumi-E artist, Al’s work has been displayed along the East Coast, including Lincoln Center in NYC.
Trained to be detailed orientated; he continues this attribute in his research and transactions for his clients. The ability to guide and help his clients in one of their more important decisions provides an invaluable resource in the real estate market.
